It is clear that after implementing Howdy, there is now a more open dialogue about having stress and being busy. We have become much better at catching it before it becomes a large problem. We have reduced the number of sick calls due to stress to zero, saving us a least £ 100.000,- per year. The app has helped us by being preventive, but we are also using other initiatives.
